In my mind i see myself in a college where there are beaches a driving distance away, with cool springs and hot summers along with winters that aren't too cold but not like summer. I know this is a lot to ask but i just need ideas, please feel free to list colleges!!

Perhaps if you were more interested in finding a good college and less interested in finding one where you can goof off at the beach, you would know the answer. Start with a book like the 1941 USDA Yearbook of Agriculture, entitled Climate and Man. Your library might have a copy. The maps are extensive and all at the same scale, allowing you to trace and overlay them. You might want to start with the ones of summer and winter extremes. Then, concentrate on the areas near the ocean. Finally, google the state name and "colleges". If you want, you can get more detailed climate information on line for the particular ZIP code. I'd mention some good colleges with excellent programs in some fields but you don't seem to be interested.

You should obviously go somewhere in California or Florida. There on many Universities with any type of specialty subjects you may desire to study. Florida right now is a little chilly! So is the rest of the country! If you don't want scorching hot summers, try California.
