Which bug is this? I found it...?

i found it in my bed! it fell from the ceiling or jumped or something, but i killed it. what is it?

i had a picture of it with flash and my finger (to show the size) the other without. thanks for any help.
ps i play football so it might be an outside bug that i brought in accidentally. i just wanna know that if its like bed bugs or something bad that i should like spray my room or something
