What can i write about a carbon footprint? HELP!!!!!?

For my homework i have to create a newsletetr about the environment and carbon footprints and stuff but last thing i have to do is write about a carbon footprint i know what it is and how to reduce it but what could i write?

Create a catch article based on food. People always find food interestinging topic and there is tons of actual research, evidence, and rmaterialmatierial on the carbon footprint of food from groups promoting local consumption and organic lifestyle. So maybe you could compare the carbon footprints of two opposing types of diet. Where the food comes from , energy consumed in production of beer or packaging ect.
