How can the "north pole" move?

There is news that the north pole is moving towards Siberia from the artic due to the effects of global warming. How is this possible?

It's not possible, because global warming has nothing to do with the magnetic north pole. The poles of the earth do switch north to south and back again over long periods of time as a result of the largely nickel/iron core of the earth precessing due to gravitational pull from the moon, sun and other planets or other influences.
